Dans le cadre de son développement, Nouveaux Territoires, société d’ingénierie et de conseil spécialisée dans le tourisme et les collectivités locales depuis 20 ans souhaite renforcer son équipe d’assistance à la gestion de la taxe de séjour.

Vos missions seront les suivantes

Réponses aux demandes d’hébergeurs :

traitement des questions d’ordre juridique relative à la taxe de séjour ;
traitement des questions sur la délibération instituant la taxe de séjour et les modalités applicable sur le territoire ;
résolution des problèmes d’ordres techniques (activation, mots de passe, périodes de fermetures…).

Collecte et reversement de la taxe de séjour :

saisie et suivi des déclarations sur le logiciel de télédéclaration taxesejour.fr ;
relance des hébergeurs pour leurs déclarations manquantes ;
enregistrement et suivi des règlements des hébergeurs et des opérateurs numériques ;
relance des paiements manquants.

Si régie de recettes :

tenue du compte DFT ;
gestion de la relation avec le Trésor public ;
préparation des bordereaux.

Gestion de la base de donnée des hébergeurs :

mise à jour des classements (professionnels et meublés de tourisme) ;
saisie des nouveaux hébergeurs ;
suivi des procédures d’enregistrement.

Vous gérerez la taxe de séjour de plusieurs collectivités locales. Vous serez joignable par mail et par téléphone auprès des hébergeurs.

Profil :

Formation : bac à bac + 2 (Débutants acceptés) ;
notions de comptabilité publique ;
connaissance du fonctionnement des régies de recette ;
connaissance d’une plateforme taxe de séjour (formation à prévoir) ;
connaissance du logiciel excel ou numbers ;
qualités rédactionnelles.

Une expérience en office de tourisme, collectivité locale, agence immobilière ou hébergement touristique serait la bienvenue.

Qualités requises :

sens de l’organisation, capacité à travailler en binôme ;
rigueur (gestion de l’argent public) ;
capacité d’écoute et de bienveillance (relations avec les hébergeurs et les collectivités locales) ;
qualités pédagogiques.

Le poste est basé à Marseille.

Type d’emploi : Temps plein, CDI

Salaire : selon diplômes et expériences (mutuelle, primes) – 19 722,50€ à 28 000,00€ par an

En avant-vente :

Vous serez en charge de l’analyse des besoins des collectivités locales et des offices de tourisme intéressés par notre offre de services ;
Vous présenterez nos solutions ;
Vous établirez les propositions commerciales.

En après-vente :

Vous conseillerez les territoires ;
Vous animerez des réunions ;
Vous contribuerez au développement de l’offre de services.

Idéalement vous avez eu des fonctions de direction dans un office de tourisme ou dans une direction tourisme d’une collectivité.

Le poste est basé à Marseille, déplacements sur toute la France métropolitaine et ultra-marine

Dans le cadre du renforcement de son pôle « Technique » : Nouveaux Territoires, société spécialisée dans le conseil et le développement d’applications Internet à destination des collectivités locales, recherche deux nouveaux collaborateurs (homme ou femme) pour deux postes de développeurs.

Vos missions seront les suivantes

Au sein d’une équipe de 8 développeurs qualifiés et expérimentés et sous la responsabilité des chefs de projets et du directeur technique :

Conception et développement des projets ;
Maintenance et évolution des projets existants ;
Développement de nouvelles fonctionnalités back-end et front-end ;
Consolidation de données ;
Echange avec l’équipe technique sur l’avancement des projets ;
Recettage, test et mise en production.

Profil :

Bac+2/5 en informatique ;
Très bonne maîtrise de PHP orientée objet ;
Très bonne connaissances de PHP/MySQL en général ;
Vous maitrisez Symfony 4 ou 5 ;
Bonnes connaissances HTML5/CSS3, Javascript/jQuery, Bootstrap ;
Expérience exigée de 2 ans en plus de vos stages et périodes d’apprentissage.
